What You Will Do

We are looking for a qualified receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hotel in Barcelona, ensuring guests receive a warm greeting and an excellent experience. The ideal candidate has patience, personality, perseverance, and a desire to improve guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
  2. Provide timely and accurate customer service.
  3. Handle complaints and guest requests.
  4. Coordinate communication between guests and staff, following up to resolve concerns.
  5. Inform guests about hotel services, including dining options.
  6. Promote hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs.
  7. Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Restaurant Departments to ensure a comfortable stay.
