We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure seamless transactions, provide exceptional local insights, and anticipate guest needs to make them feel at home.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Providing a warm welcome to guests, creating memorable first impressions.
  • Recognizing IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or by phone.
  • Handling guest bookings, payments, check-in, and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Anticipating guest needs and offering tailored recommendations.
  • Assisting guests with billing issues, restaurant suggestions, and other inquiries.

What we need from you:

  • Excellent communication skills to address guest concerns and compliments.
  • Problem-solving abilities to turn issues into positive experiences.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Literacy and tech-savviness, including reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
