Formación

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelmanagement oder Studium im Tourismus.
• Erfahrung im Front Office und sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse.

The luxury hotel Portal Hills Boutique Hotel is surrounded by the bay of Palma de Mallorca and the exclusive marina Puerto Portals.

Both the capital Palma and the airport can be easily reached here (approx. 20 minutes).

The hotel is equipped with 30 suites, a wellness area, an in-house boutique, the La Cabana pool bar & lounge and also offers a particularly exclusive penthouse, which promises an extraordinary and Mediterranean stay with its FENDI furniture.

We are looking for you to strengthen our team: Ab sofort als Front Office Agent (m / w / d).

Front Office Agent (m / w / d)

As Front Office Agent (m / w / d) your tasks include:

• Check-in and check-out
• Control and preparation of arrivals and departures
• Welcome, say goodbye and look after our guests
• Advising guests about the location, facilities and the entire range of services
• Acceptance and processing of reservations
• Operating the telephone system
• Complaint management
• Invoicing and cash accounting
• Control of credit card statements
• The first and last impression during the morning and late shifts at the front office

Your profile with which you inspire us:

• Completed hotel management training and / or a degree in hotel or tourism management
• Work experience in the front office
• Very good knowledge of German, Spanish and English
• Warm, authentic and outgoing personality
• Flexibility and stress resistance so that you don't lose the fun at work even during busy times
• Strong guest and service orientation

Ideally already experience as Front Office Agent (m / w / d).
