Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda, is looking for a talented Front Office Agent to join our team for the 2025 season.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.

He/she is passionate about service and eager to grow professionally.

He/She works closely with our guests during their stay to discover their preferences and create tailored recommendations.

Reports to the Front Office Manager.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Fulfill Front Office operations according to company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times;
  • Responsible for cash accounting (guest bill payments);
  • Communicate all relevant guest and group activities to proper internal parties;
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints;
  • Ensure all relevant communications are processed correctly;
  • Ensure all guest details are accurately collected;
  • Run End of Day process and complete all relevant accounting checks;
  • Generate daily and monthly reports.
