Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda, is looking for a talented Front Office Agent to join our team for the 2025 season.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.

He/she is passionate about service and eager to grow professionally.

He/she works closely with guests during their stay to discover their preferences and how they want to feel, creating tailored recommendations.

Reports to the Front Office Manager.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Fulfill Front Office operations according to company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times.
  • Responsible for cash accounting (guest bill payments).
  • Communicate relevant guest and group activity to proper internal parties.
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle guest complaints.
  • Ensure all relevant communications are processed correctly.
  • Ensure all guest details are accurately collected.
  • Run End of Day processes and complete all relevant day closure accounting checks.
  • Generate daily reports.
  • Generate monthly reports.
