Both the capital Palma and the airport can be easily reached here (approx. 20 minutes).

Front Office Agent (m/w/d)

As Front Office Agent (m/w/d) your tasks include:

1. Check-in and check-out
2. Control and preparation of arrivals and departures
3. Welcome, say goodbye and look after our guests
4. Advising guests about the location, facilities and the entire range of services
5. Acceptance and processing of reservations
6. Operating the telephone system
7. Complaint management
8. Invoicing and cash accounting
9. Control of credit card statements
10. The first and last impression during the morning and late shifts at the front office

Your profile with which you inspire us

1. Completed hotel management training and/or a degree in hotel or tourism management
2. Work experience in the front office
3. Very good knowledge of German, Spanish and English
4. Warm, authentic and outgoing personality
5. Flexibility and stress resistance so that you don't lose the fun at work even during busy times
6. Strong guest and service orientation

Ideally already experience as Front Office Agent (m/w/d).
