Bikini Island & Mountain Hotels in Mallorca invites you to join NENI Mallorca Es Trenc as a waiter, delivering authentic hospitality from arrival to goodbye. You will present the NENI concept with confidence, maintain mise en place, coordinate with bar and kitchen, and create memorable moments for guests.

WHAT'S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?

• Experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant or lifestyle hotel environment
• A warm, open personality and a genuine passion for guests, food and storytelling
• Confidence in taking orders, recommending dishes and creating a relaxed NENI atmosphere
• A hands-on team spirit, reliability and attention to detail even during high-volume service
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with German or other languages as a plus - the more languages, the better!

WHAT'S YOUR JOB ABOUT?

• Welcome, advise and serve our guests with authentic hospitality from arrival to goodbye
• Present the NENI concept, menu and drinks with confidence, charm and product knowledge
• Ensure smooth mise en place, clean service stations and a well-organized daily service flow
• Work closely with bar, kitchen and host teams to deliver fast, friendly and high-quality service
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally while creating memorable moments
• Support colleagues during peak times with a hands-on mentality and positive energy
