Responsibilities

As a Front-End Tech Lead, you will:

• Understand client requirements and contribute to design and technical solutions.
• Work in an agile environment, managing the full lifecycle of applications.
• Assist the Front-End Product Owner with maintenance and new projects related to Direct-to-Consumer (DTC).
• Conduct assessments, optimize front-end performance, ensure accessibility standards, and collaborate with UX/UI designers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, provide consultancy, and train teams on best practices.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

• Experience as a front-end developer or consultant focusing on optimization and accessibility.
• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and front-end best practices.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and testing tools.
• Proficiency in optimization techniques, performance monitoring, and asset management.
• Experience with browser debugging, performance testing, and architectural models like Microservices, event-driven architectures.
• Experience building REST APIs with Node.js, cloud knowledge (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), and familiarity with design/mocking tools.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading teams.
