You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle calls, and provide local information while learning Hyatt brand standards in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• We are looking for Front Desk Trainee to join our Front Office team for hands-on hospitality experience.
• Currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field; internship eligibility in Spain.
• You can sign an internship agreement with your university and have legal authorization to work in Spain or be enrolled in an EU university.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional arrival experience.
• Assist with check-in/check-out following Hyatt service standards.
• Handle internal and external calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries and needs with a service-oriented approach.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services, and other departments for a seamless stay.
• Learn Front Office procedures and Hyatt brand standards.
• Support resolution of guest concerns with proactive follow-up.
• Contribute to creating memorable experiences exceeding guest expectations.
• Represent Hyatt with warmth and genuine care.
