A leading real estate company in Málaga is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee office operations and provide executive support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and communication proficiency in English. This role is key to maintaining efficient office management and improving operational processes.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in resource management and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee overall office functioning and maintenance of supplies.
  • Manage office schedule and perform reception tasks.
  • Assist management with reports and confidential documents.

Málaga center Office position.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management:

  • Oversee the overall functioning of the office, ensuring a safe and well-organized work environment.
  • Coordinate the purchase and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.

Administration:

  • Organize and manage the office schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Perform reception and support tasks, including handling calls, emails, clients and correspondence.

Executive Support:

  • Assist management and other executives with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage confidential documentation, ensuring its integrity and privacy.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to solve problems and make decisions. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in resource management, administration, CRM and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (C1 level).
