We are seeking an Office Manager Support to assist our client's Chief Technology and Transformation Officer. You will join an international team of four: an Office Manager, an Executive Assistant, a Personal Assistant, and a Communications Officer. Your responsibilities will include meeting preparation, visitor registration, event organization, information gathering, PowerPoint formatting, and ensuring all preparations are in place. You will collaborate with the office team on multiple tasks.

Your Role
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Assist with visitor registration.
  • Book meeting rooms.
  • Format presentations in PowerPoint according to company standards.
  • Support expenses and travel arrangements.
  • Proactively manage and follow up on tasks.
  • Maintain and update project-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members on project updates and action items.
  • Work hours as per CET schedule, including full days in summer and Fridays.
What Would Make You a Great Candidate?
  • Previous experience as an administrative support professional.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record in task management and prioritization.
  • Experience handling MS Outlook Calendars.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Highly motivated team player.
  • Experience working with remote, multicultural teams.
