You will join an international team of four: an Office Manager, an Executive Assistant, a Personal Assistant, and a Communications Officer. Your responsibilities will include meeting preparation, visitor registration, event organization, information gathering, PowerPoint formatting, and ensuring all preparations are in place. You will collaborate with the office team on multiple tasks.
