RavenPack has a Full-time position for a Bilingual Receptionist in sunny Marbella. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, in writing and speaking.

You will report directly to the Office Manager and will interact with the whole company to ensure the smooth running of the operations related to the office. Your working hours will be from 9 : 00AM to 6 : 00PM, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must be flexible and must occasionally cover reception from 10 : 00AM until 7 : 00PM to cover colleagues' holidays.

Only candidates with EU legal working status will be considered.

Arranging conferences, meetings, or travel reservations for office personnel

Managing meeting rooms, hotdesks and the reception area to make sure that these are tidy and clean at all times to an impeccable standard

Performing ad-hoc administrative duties and assisting with general queries

Assisting Office Manager with internal company events for the team

Overseeing office stock and company merchandise inventory

Managing courier bookings and parcel deliveries to the office, ensuring correct distribution across the company

100% Bilingualin English and Spanish

High-level Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, Gmail and Google Sheets, comfortable with computers in general

Own car and driver's license strongly desirable

Previous reception experience in a similar role is required
