• The Front Desk Agent must consistently represent the values of Casa Alberola and Hilton brands, prioritizing client service and teamwork within the Casa Alberola Alicante team.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of OnQ PM management software is an asset.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a team.
• Resilient and adaptable.
• Quick learner with agility and speed.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Availability to work in Alicante.
• Possibility of immediate start.
