About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and fluent French-speaking User-Generated Content (UGC) Reviewer to join our fast-growing team in Barcelona. As a UGC Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating content submitted by users to ensure it aligns with platform policies, community standards, and safety guidelines.
This is a critical role in helping maintain a safe, engaging, and respectful online environment, and it offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model, combining onsite and remote work options.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and moderate French-language user-generated content (text, images, videos, reviews, etc.) to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Identify and take action on content that violates terms of service, including offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material.
- Ensure consistency in moderation decisions and maintain high-quality standards.
- Flag and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain detailed records of moderation actions and decisions.
- Stay informed on current community guidelines, policies, and evolving trends.
- Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Legal, and Policy teams to ensure compliance and user protection.
- Provide feedback on recurring content trends or operational improvements.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of moderation guidelines and processes.
What You Bring :
- Fluent in French (spoken and written).
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in content moderation, UGC review, or online safety is a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to remain objective and handle sensitive or graphic content in a professional manner.
- Understanding of internet safety, community guidelines, and online platforms.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
- Familiarity with moderation tools, CRM/ticketing systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
