Giesecke+Devrient is seeking a Senior Project Manager (French-speaking) to join our Professional Services team in Barcelona. You will lead end-to-end IT projects for central banks and other regulated environments, coordinating cross-functional teams across regions and languages.

You will ensure objectives are met within scope, time, budget, and quality, while providing governance and proactive risk management.

Formación

• Eight+ years of experience managing complex IT projects for customers.
• Resilient, decisive leadership under pressure.
• Translate requirements into reliable effort estimates and plans.
• Strong French and English communication with stakeholders.
• Multicultural awareness and respectful collaboration.
• Excellent analytical skills and quick grasp of complex topics.
• Ability to moderate and steer discussions with limited information.
• Maintain control and deliver in challenging conditions.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of complex customer projects in our CBDC ecosystem, including backend apps, mobile apps, digital wallets, and integration components.
• Control the project team over the entire cycle from requirements to handover.
• Proactively manage project risks and change requests across short-term to multi-year programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across hierarchical levels in an international environment.
• Establish and execute effective project governance including status reporting and escalation management.
• Facilitate customer communication and follow-ups in French and English.
• Ensure subcontractors are well-managed in terms of scope, quality, dependencies and timelines.
• Process intricate tenders and proposals with business development and technical teams.
