CRIF Strands busca un Senior Project Manager para unirse al equipo de Global Delivery en Barcelona. Liderarás proyectos bancarios complejos desde la concepción hasta el go-live y fases post-producción, sirviendo como punto único de contacto para clientes y partes interesadas.

Serás responsable de asegurar entregas exitosas, construir relaciones de confianza con instituciones financieras y coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, con énfasis en SaaS y On-Premise, datos, APIs y canales digitales.

Formación

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como PM en proyectos de software en banca o servicios financieros.
• Experiencia gestionando proyectos con clientes y stakeholders ejecutivos.
• Conocimiento de metodologías de entrega y gestión de proyectos estructurada.
• Fuerte sentido de negocio y experiencia técnica en entrega de software.
• Capacidad para vincular entrega tecnológica con valor de negocio.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la entrega de proyectos bancarios y fintech de principio a fin.
• Gestionar relaciones con clientes y partes interesadas ejecutivas.
• Coordinar equipos multifuncionales (ingeniería, datos, QA, PO, infra).
• Gestionar gobierno del proyecto, informes ejecutivos y escalamiento de riesgos.
• Gestionar implementaciones SaaS y On-Premise.
• Trabajar con stakeholders para asegurar soluciones completas (datos, APIs, front-end).
• Fomentar colaboración, responsabilidad y entorno de trabajo positivo.
• Apoyar pre-ventas y planificación de proyectos cuando sea necesario.

Senior Project Manager – Banking Solutions Delivery

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Global Delivery team of WWCC9 in Barcelona. In this customer-facing role, you will lead complex banking projects from inception to go-live and post-production phases, acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery while building trusted, long-term relationships with financial institutions and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across multiple CRIF centers of excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of banking and fintech projects, ensuring quality, timeline, scope, and client satisfaction
• Build strategic and long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and Infrastructure teams
• Drive project governance, executive reporting, Steering Committees, risk management, and escalation processes
• Manage both SaaS (cloud-based) and On-Premise implementation projects
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of full-stack solutions covering data ingestion, analytics, backend services, APIs, and front-end applications
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and a positive working environment across internal and external teams
• Support pre-sales activities, project planning, and customer growth opportunities when required

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in software delivery projects, within the banking or financial services sector
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects and executive stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and structured project management practices
• Solid business acumen combined with a strong technical background in end-to-end software delivery
• Strong ability to connect technology delivery with business value, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and steering conversations towards strategic objectives, adoption, and measurable business impact rather than purely technical implementation
• Experience delivering projects involving data integration, analytics, backend, APIs, and digital channels
• Demonstrated experience with both SaaS/Cloud and On-Premise delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and sense of ownership
• Ability to influence and engage senior internal stakeholders in executive governance forums
• Fluent in English and Spanish (French is considered a plus)
• Availability to travel internationally, including outside Europe

The type of contract: permanent.

The Annual Salary for this position starts from €50,000 gross per year.

The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate's profile against the role requirements.
