Giesecke+Devrient in Barcelona seeks a Senior Project Manager (French-speaking) to lead complex IT projects end-to-end within a CBDC ecosystem. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive projects from requirements to handover, ensuring quality, time, and budget adherence.

Fluent French and English, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a multicultural, confidential environment are essential.

Formación

• You have at least eight years of experience in managing complex IT projects for customers.
• Resilience and decisive leadership under pressure in challenging environments.
• Translate requirements into reliable project effort estimates and plans.
• Strong French and English communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Multicultural awareness and respectful collaboration in international teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to grasp complex topics quickly.
• Able to moderate discussions and steer decisions when information is limited.
• Maintain ownership and professionalism with dignitaries and sensitive data.

Responsabilidades

• Independent end-to-end management of complex customer projects within our CBDC ecosystem.
• Control of projects and management of the project team across the full lifecycle.
• Proactive management of risks and change requests across short- and long-term programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at different levels in an international environment.
• Establish and execute effective project governance including status reporting and escalation.
• Facilitate customer communication, alignments, and follow-ups in French and English.
• Ensure subcontractors are well-managed in scope, quality, dependencies and timelines.
• Process intricate tenders and proposals with business development and technical teams.
