Job summary

TP Spain in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Acquisition Specialist to drive new business and expand the host network for a leading travel and hospitality platform. You will be the first point of contact for prospective hosts, delivering tailored solutions and guiding onboarding while meeting KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or related fields, fluency in French (C2) and English (C1), and proven track records of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or recruitment (travel, property, SaaS, or digital marketing)
• Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1)
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced settings
• Experience with outbound sales and multi-platform query management
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage high-potential hosts and partners via outbound calls, emails, and other channels
• Deliver consultative pitches and onboarding support to prospective clients
• Build rapport with decision-makers and educate prospects on platform offerings
• Manage opportunities through the sales funnel and report KPI progress
• Collaborate with sales and program teams to share best practices and drive process improvements
