Job summary

Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona is hiring for a digital advertising specialist focused on Local Services Ads. You will act as a digital consultant to advertisers, guiding their ad strategy and driving new client growth across the EMEA region.

The role is target-driven within a collaborative sales team, offering regional onboarding and documentation support. Ideal candidates have 1.5+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• C2 level French and C1 English required.
• At least 1.5 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in call center operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Knowledge of home services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Purpose of the role:

As a member of the TP team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads.

You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.

Your responsibilities:

• Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
• Qualify leads and manage a well-organized sales pipeline.
• Identify business needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
• Assist clients through onboarding and verification steps.
• Learn and apply regional onboarding procedures.
• Help businesses submit required documentation accurately.
• Escalate issues and feedback appropriately.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• C2 level of French and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
• At least 1,5 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
• Familiarity with call center operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator in both written and spoken formats.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently.
• Comfortable using Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.
