IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will engage professionals, manage follow-ups, and keep records updated to ensure high participation across channels.

Competenze

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Mansioni

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
