Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, invite them to participate and engage them to ensure timely completion of questionnaires.

You will contact healthcare professionals by phone and email, manage follow-ups and strive for high participation rates, while keeping information up to date and providing support as queries arise. This role is based in our Madrid office.

Qualifications

• Fluent French required to recruit doctors for studies.
• Good English for trainings and internal comms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates using multiple communication channels.
