IQVIA is recruiting an enthusiastic team member to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid hub. The role focuses on recruiting, engaging, and maintaining relationships with Healthcare Professionals to ensure regular participation in studies.

You will call doctors to invite them to studies, perform follow-ups, and strive for high engagement rates while coordinating communications across channels. Diversity and inclusion are central to our team.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
