Termo Eletro is seeking an enthusiastic French-speaking professional to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors for market research studies, manage participation, and maintain robust engagement with healthcare professionals through calls and emails.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in an international environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
