Talan Group in Madrid is seeking a Junior Trade Finance Specialist (with French) to join our Corporate Banking team focused on trade finance and bank guarantees. No banking experience needed; the role offers on-site training and exposure to international clients.

You will work with Compliance, Legal, and Trade Services teams across Europe, handle invoicing and postings, and gradually gain autonomy while applying a learn–apply–reflect approach.

Formación

• Advanced French and English proficiency required.
• Degree in Law, Business, Translator, or related fields.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and analytical skills.
• Based in Madrid and available full‑time on site.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively study materials to understand processes, products, and tools.
• Keep structured notes to track concepts and use cases.
• Apply learning to daily tasks and reflect on outcomes.
• Seek feedback from mentors and improve accordingly.
• Ask relevant questions and identify knowledge gaps independently.
• Increase autonomy and reduce guidance over time.
• Process client and partner guarantees per policies.
• Perform internal controls and keep transaction records.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Trade Services teams across Europe.
• Manage invoicing and align accounting entries.
• Handle payments to correspondent banks.
• Monitor daily operations and approvals.
• Coordinate with Back Office for LC issuance.
• Ensure alignment with UCP 600/ISP98 and compliance standards.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
