French-Speaking FX Sales Associate — Growth & Relations

Monex USA is seeking an Associate covering the French market to grow the client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients in FX, international payments and financial markets.

You will work with Sales, Dealing, Compliance and Operations, gaining hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle and developing the commercial and technical skills required to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Formación

• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, financial services, FX, payments, banking or related commercial environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with interest in financial markets and international business.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to learn and develop a long-term career in sales.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound activity, referrals and networking opportunities.
• Support the sales process from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce and internal systems.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on commercial discussions and client proposals.
• Contribute to achieving team sales objectives and commercial targets.
• Develop relationships with French-speaking corporate clients and prospects.
• Understand client needs and introduce relevant FX and international payment solutions.
• Support account management activities and help strengthen existing client relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and ensure a high standard of service.
• Follow Monex policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
