Job summary

MediaMint seeks an experienced Digital Account Manager to oversee end-to-end digital campaigns across streaming, web, mobile, and social. You will lead multi-platform planning, provide strategic guidance, and ensure flawless execution while driving revenue and client satisfaction.

You will mentor the Client Services team, collaborate with Sales and Agencies, and champion best practices for programmatic, video, and CTV campaigns across EMEA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of advertising/marketing agency or vendor experience.
• Experience supporting a wide array of clients and agencies.
• Familiarity with multi-platform campaigns; branded content distribution is advantageous.
• Hands-on with ad-serving systems; familiarity with the buy or sell side.
• Experience with digital video, CTV, and programmatic campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale guidance and strategic planning for advertising opportunities.
• Build and revise media plans to maximize revenue and meet client objectives.
• Coordinate asset collection, QC, and timely campaign launch.
• Produce reporting, perform creative swaps, and handle client requests.
• Collaborate with Ops and Sales to troubleshoot and execute campaigns.
• Analyze key metrics to optimize performance and ensure revenue delivery.
• Work with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue tracking.
• Mentor team members and drive adoption of new products and standards.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve campaign management processes.
