CBTALENTS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal. The role is remote within Portugal, with relocation support for eligible candidates.

You will help French- and English-speaking customers, guide them through simple technical issues, record cases accurately, and contribute to a friendly and positive customer experience. The position may require relocation; EU relocation support is provided.

Formación

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
• Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and attentive to detail.

About The Role

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
