CBTALENTS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related project. The role is remote within Portugal, supporting customers in French and English and guiding them through simple technical issues.

Relocation support is available and the team offers an international, multicultural environment. Candidates may already be in Portugal or relocate as needed.

About The Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

You will assist French-speaking customers, answer their questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience.

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
