CBTALENTS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a technology-related service based in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, and guide them through simple technical issues to ensure a smooth experience.

The position is remote within Portugal with relocation support for eligible candidates. You will work in an international, multicultural environment, handling inquiries in French and English and recording cases accurately.

About The Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

You will assist French-speaking customers, answer their questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience.

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
