CBTALENTS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure they have a smooth, positive experience. The role is remote within Portugal, with relocation support for eligible candidates and an international, multicultural work environment.

About The Role

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Applicants should be fluent in French and English and either currently based in Portugal or hold an EU passport and be open to relocation.
