CBTALENTS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related service project based in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure a smooth and positive experience.

This is a remote role within Portugal; candidates may be based in Portugal or relocate with relocation support provided. Fluency in French and English, strong communication, and patience are valued to deliver excellent

• Fluent in French and comfortable in English.
• Friendly, patient and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Previous customer service experience welcome but not mandatory.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

About The Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.
