CBTALENTS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure a smooth, positive experience.

Remote within Portugal; relocation support is available for eligible candidates. Applicants should be fluent in French and English, customer-focused, and comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Formación

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.

About The Role

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
