CBTALENTS is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist French-speaking customers on a remote basis within Portugal. You will answer questions, guide users through simple technical issues, and ensure a smooth, positive experience.

The role is remote in Portugal with relocation support available for eligible candidates; fluent French and English are required. Join an international, multicultural team and contribute to outstanding customer service.

About The Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

You will assist French-speaking customers, answer their questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience.

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
