Key Responsibilities:

1. Review, monitor, and assess French-language content to ensure its quality, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.
2. Ensure that content complies with the company’s policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.
3. Identify and flag content inconsistencies, errors, or violations, and take appropriate corrective actions.
4. Work closely with content teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving content quality and integrity.
5. Conduct thorough audits of existing French-language content to ensure it meets the required standards and guidelines.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, marketing, and compliance, to resolve content-related issues.
7. Analyze content performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
8. Assist in the development of content guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure consistent content quality across all channels.
9. Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in content integrity and quality assurance.
10. Provide regular reports on content integrity and quality issues, and suggest actionable improvements.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
2. Proven experience in content moderation, content quality assurance, or a similar role.
3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, or quality issues in content.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate with internal teams.
5. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and quality control tools is a plus.
6. Knowledge of content guidelines, ethical standards, and legal compliance related to content is a plus.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
