Title: French Player Support Advocate
Location: Anywhere in Spain
Contract: 40 hours a week
Language: French
Shift pattern varies between morning & afternoon shifts.

Overview: As one of our French Player Support Advocates, you will be an ambassador for our brand, providing 1st line Technical and Customer support to our clients’ customers. You should be calm, technically minded, and have a proactive and positive "can do" attitude. Your goal will be to make the customer journey as seamless as possible. You will also communicate in English.

What you’ll be doing

  • Answering customer queries aiming for first-time resolution with attention to detail, care, and professionalism.
  • Responding within response times and providing solutions as a priority.
  • Resolving technical issues via live chat, fault finding, and offering appropriate solutions. You may also communicate via telephone.
  • Working within a dynamic team, ensuring the best customer care experience.
  • Maintaining a world-class service focused on responses and quality.
  • Collaborating to identify trends in customer queries.

Requirements

  • Near-native fluency in French & English, especially reading & writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • Logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with gaming consoles or PCs.
  • Technical IT support background or tech-savvy mindset.
  • Private, secure workspace and own broadband router.

PC requirements

  • Minimum 10 Mb/s internet speed.
  • At least 4 GB RAM.
  • 64-bit Windows 8 or newer or recent macOS.
  • At least an i5 processor (2.4 GHz or faster), max 3 years old.
  • 1080p Full HD display or external monitor.
  • Smartphone for two-factor authentication (Android 4.4+/iOS 10+).
  • Own webcam, headset, and computer.
