As our new French or German Digital Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and partners, as well as retaining existing ones. You will communicate with customers through various channels and social media platforms. In collaboration with our Account Managers, you will work on lead generation and follow-up of sales activities to up-sell and cross-sell within our cybersecurity portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include
  1. Growing your individual book of business knowledge and value by proactively generating new qualified leads
  2. Conducting cold calls to prospects using various communication channels
  3. Proper documentation of activities, accurate opportunity forecasting, and communication of new opportunities
  4. Collaborating with customer teams towards common goals, account plans, and retention strategies
  5. Experience in lead generation and/or cold calling
  6. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, such as customer support, help desk, sales, or marketing
  7. Experience working with sales targets
