You will call doctors, invite participation, follow up to maximize response rates, and ensure accurate documentation. Ideal candidates have native French, good English, excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels.
