Job Description:

Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for highly-skilled professionals to join as Inside Sales Representatives.

Purpose of the role:

As a member of the Teleperformance team, you will work on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads, becoming a digital consultant advising on digital advertising strategies and impacting their business. This is a target-driven environment, where you will meet individual sales targets and contribute to increasing the Client's customer base across EMEA.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving a minimum number of interactions (calls/emails) per day
  • Qualifying and managing inbound leads and the sales pipeline
  • Identifying business needs and personalizing the product accordingly
  • Preparing and setting expectations for onboarding and go-live processes
  • Understanding onboarding requirements across regions
  • Collaborating with businesses to gather and submit onboarding information
  • Supporting businesses through verification processes
  • Troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • French: C2 level
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • At least 1+ years in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business
  • Experience in team environments
  • Familiarity with home services (plumbing, locksmiths, electrical, etc.)
  • Full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday)
