Job summary

Welo Data seeks an Expert Rater to coach and guide raters, improving rating accuracy and decision making. You will support client test rounds, understand templates, and cascade quality standards across teams while monitoring progress to meet client expectations.

You will also craft targeted communications, analyze diverse datasets, and collaborate with research and development to enhance client data quality for AI advertising systems.

• Ensure annotation and gold set creation adhere to templates and consensus.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns and drive data-informed decisions.
• Use strategic questioning to improve understanding and problem solving.
• Create client-focused written materials and feedback.
• Convey information clearly to align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with R&D to improve client data quality.
• Work with clients and CEM to understand requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct independent evaluations to maintain proficiency on projects.
