aitrainer is seeking an Expert Rater to guide and support fellow Raters in Spain. The role focuses on coaching, training, and ensuring high-quality ratings through client test rounds, template adherence, and consensus-driven outcomes.

The position is freelance with potential for full-time extension based on performance, starting July 27th. Requires Spanish language proficiency and English at B2 level, plus data labeling and evaluation know-how.

Responsabilidades

• Support Raters in skill development and best practices.
• Ensure annotation and gold set creation follow templates and consensus.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns and drive data-informed decisions.
• Ask strategic questions to enhance understanding and problem solving.
• Create client-focused written materials and feedback.
• Deliver clear explanations and documentation aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with R&D on experiments to improve client data.
• Work with clients and CEM to run test rounds and capture requirements.
• Conduct independent evaluations to maintain high proficiency.
• Perform tier 2 reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
