aitrainer is seeking an Expert Rater to support and guide fellow raters, focusing on improving rating accuracy and decision‑making while ensuring client expectations are met. You will coach raters, run client test rounds, analyze datasets using KPIs, and collaborate with R&D and CEM to refine the client’s data and workflows on a freelance, 30‑hour weekly schedule.

• 1+ years of rating experience required.

• Ensure annotation and gold set creation adhere to templates.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns and KPIs.
