Your Role:

As an eBike Inside Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for bike dealers and end consumers, providing technical support and sharing your enthusiasm for eBikes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Offering exceptional hotline support to bike dealers.
  • Assisting end consumers with technical inquiries, product support, and spare parts.
  • Troubleshooting technical and software issues with a positive attitude.
  • Making warranty decisions in line with company policies.
  • Documenting interactions in our CRM system.
  • Building strong customer relationships.
