Your Role:

As an eBike Inside Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for bike dealers and end consumers, blending your love for cycling with technical expertise. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional hotline support to bike dealers, ensuring confidence and support.
  • Engaging with end consumers to address technical inquiries, product support, and spare parts needs, sharing your enthusiasm for eBikes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical or software issues with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Making warranty decisions aligned with company guidelines.
  • Documenting calls and cases in our CRM system for a seamless support experience.
  • Building strong customer relationships to make every interaction memorable.

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Based in Barcelona with a valid NIE number.
  • Available for full-time work.
