Your Role:

As an eBike Inside Technical Support Specialist, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical and service support to bike dealers and end consumers via hotline.
  • Addressing inquiries related to technical issues, products, and spare parts with enthusiasm.
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues and making warranty decisions.
  • Documenting interactions in our CRM system and building strong customer relationships.
