What Is The Role

The primary responsibility of the Collection Analyst is to collect payments on outstanding Accounts Receivables. This role requires strong time-management and communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing

• Collect on business-to-business accounts to reduce Accounts Receivable and minimize bad debt exposure.
• Contact customers via email and phone to secure outstanding balances.
• Perform account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve Unapplied and Unidentified Cash Payments for proper posting.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers with delinquent balances.
• Process customer credit card payments and address declines.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24-48 hours.
• Consult with management on further actions for delinquent accounts.

What You Bring

• Enthusiasm, pride in your work, quick learner, and positive attitude towards change and challenges.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, global environments with process optimization skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred).
• 2+ years of professional experience in A / R & Collections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, multitasking ability.
• Customer service and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with stakeholders and interacting with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Flexibility to adapt to new opportunities within the department.
• Positive mindset and passion for the work.

Bonus Points

• Experience in SaaS / software industry.
• Experience with foreign currencies and international subsidiaries (EMEA, APAC, NA).
• Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and G Suite.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking French (+ German or other European languages).
