Position Overview:
As a French Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our brand for French-speaking customers. Your mission will be to provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure our clients feel valued and supported. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from French-speaking customers, assisting them with a variety of inquiries, issues, and requests related to our products and services.
2. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing clear and effective solutions, aiming for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and ensure customers get the best support.
4. Customer Care: Build strong relationships with our customers, showing empathy and professionalism, while delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
5. Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions in our CRM system and track issues to ensure follow-up and resolution.

7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different departments to share insights, improve processes, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
2. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international teams.
3. Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.
4. Strong communication skills, with a passion for helping people and resolving their concerns.
5. Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
6. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. A positive and friendly attitude, even when dealing with challenging situations.
