The ideal candidate has proven experience in sales and marketing, strong negotiation skills, and a network of contacts. This role involves identifying new clients, managing distribution agreements, and achieving sales objectives based on a commission model.

Sales-Marketing / Sales Executive at Novaspice SL, a company dedicated to the production of functional blends for meat products and the marketing of spices and dehydrated vegetables, in formats suitable for both the food industry and the final consumer.We are seeking a freelance professional or independent salesperson with proven experience in the food sector.The main objective is to acquire new clients and establish strategic alliances with national distributors across Latin America.This involves both B2B channels (industry, distributors, wholesalers) and B2C channels (retail, specialty stores, horeca, supermarkets, etc.).Key responsibilities include :
Identifying and contacting potential clients and distributors nationwide.Proposing and managing collaboration or distribution agreements.Developing and implementing effective prospecting, follow-up, and closing strategies.Preparing and presenting regular reports on progress and business opportunities.Collaborating on commercial marketing actions to strengthen client acquisition.Requirements for the professional :
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the food sector.Deep knowledge of the market for meat products, spices, condiments, and other inputs for the food industry.Having a network of contacts or established distributor relationships is a plus.Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to close deals.Excellent communication skills and autonomy to manage work independently.The collaboration will be based on a freelance model, with the possibility of establishing a long-term relationship. Compensation will be based on achieved objectives or a commission scheme on sales generated.
