Requirements

• You have a Master's degree and / or PhD in the following areas : Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, Human Resources
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience at schools & universities (as teachers, tutors, lecturers, etc.) and / or experience in curriculum development, educational technology etc.
• Your level of English is advanced (C1)
• You are familiar with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, ability levels
• You are able to create engaging content through a mix of personalization, motivation, gamification, etc.
• You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines
• Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
