We are seeking a Sales Training Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales organization by building and delivering high-impact training programs, tools, and resources that empower our sales teams to perform at their best.
As part of the Technology team , you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify skill gaps, drive continuous learning, and ensure consistent messaging and process alignment across the organization.
About the role :
Main Responsibilities : Reporting to the M&S Director, your main responsibilities will include :
Experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, stakeholder management abilities, and fluency in English. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative attitude are essential.
