We are seeking a Sales Trainer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales organization by building and delivering high-impact training programs, tools, and resources that empower our sales teams to perform at their best.

About the role :
Main Responsibilities :
  1. Design, develop, and deliver effective sales training programs (onboarding, product training, skills development, etc.).
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify sales enablement needs and performance gaps.
  3. Analyze training outcomes and use data to refine programs and measure impact.
  4. Support the rollout of tools and platforms that enhance sales productivity.
  5. Partner with sales leadership to identify training needs and priorities.
  6. Track training effectiveness using KPIs and data analysis.

Experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and possess strong organizational skills to keep programs on track. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential to ensure alignment with sales leadership and business objectives. Candidates should be able to track, measure, and report on the success of training programs. Fluency in English, strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative attitude are required.
